Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1/4 cup COFFEEMATE® natural bliss® All-Natural Sweet Crème Coconut Milk Coffee Creamer
  • 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup toasted unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

PLACE quinoa, Coffeemate, almonds, coconut and ginger in a medium bowl. Mix until fully combined. Spoon into bowls. Serve drizzled with honey and topped with fresh berries, if desired.
