Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons COFFEE-MATE® natural bliss® Pumpkin Spice Flavor All-Natural Coffee Creamer
  • 2 tablespoons LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions

MIX flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. Add Coffee Mate, pumpkin and oil; mix well.

POUR batter into 2 microwave-safe mugs.

MICROWAVE on HIGH (100%) power for 60 to 70 seconds. Cool for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon, if desired.
