Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup Caramel COFFEEMATE® natural bliss® All-Natural Medium Roast Iced Coffee
  • 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
  • Sea salt

Directions

LINE a large baking sheet with foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

PLACE butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and coffee in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat until a candy thermometer registers 275° F. Stir in almonds and quickly pour onto prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle morsels on top. Allow to sit for 2 minutes; spread morsels with a spatula. Sprinkle with salt. Cool until hard; break into pieces.
