Blended Vanilla Cappuccino

Blended Vanilla Cappuccino is the perfect coffeehouse-style drink on a hot summer day.

Ingredients:

2 cups ice cubes
1 cup brewed espresso or double-strength coffee
1/3 cup French Vanilla Flavor NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE Liquid Coffee Creamer
Ground cinnamon

Instructions:

PLACE ice, espresso and Coffee-mate in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Divide mixture between 2 glasses; sprinkle with cinnamon.

This a very cool drink especially when you hunting for that something cold. I love this and my daughter also loves this recipe we subsituted the cinnamon for shredded chocolate! Very delicious!
