Orange Nog Cappuccino

Ingredients:

1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup double-strength hot brewed coffee
3 tablespoons Eggnog Flavor NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE Liquid Coffee Creamer
1/4 teaspoon finely grated orange peel or 1 drop orange extract

Instructions:

PLACE milk in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly to create foam, until milk is hot. Using large spoon to hold back foam, pour milk into a mug. Stir in coffee and Coffee-mate. Top with foam. Sprinkle orange peel over top.

This recipe sounded good to me because I like orange flavored coffee and I love eggnog. The combination of the orange with the eggnog really works here. Tomorrow I'm going to try this recipe with Chocolate Coffee-Mate in place of the egg nog. Yum!
