This coffee is really great for the beginning of the Holiday season. I didn't have any of teh cinnamon vanilla creamer so I added a little ground cinnamon to the coffee and then just used my regular vanilla creamer, and it had the perfect amount of cinnamon flavor. I will definitely be making this again.

I tried this recipe this morning since I enjoy flavored coffee. It knocked my socks off! I have used the Cinnamon flavored coffee mate before and enjoyed that, but this is great! I can see it used as a "desert" coffee. With the holidays coming I encourage everyone to give it a try.
