Creme Brulee is always a hit at my house and this is quick & easy. A rich, sinful treat. I used a torch to caramelize the top. My family is already expecting this dessert for St. Patty's Day. It will be a wonderful finishing touch to a meal of cornbeef & cabbage. This recipe is a keeper!!

I made this but did not have the fluid Irish Cream, so I "liquefied" the powdered stuff and it turned out "o.k." I think maybe it is a good way to control the amount of flavor in the recipe (more or less intense) but DEFINITELY worth it in a pinch! Try this recipe, though (we did eat the whole recipe!)
