Frozen Vanilla Cappuccino

If you like your cappuccinos cold, try this frozen vanilla version.

Ingredients:

2 cups ice cubes
1 1/2 cups strong coffee
1/4 cup French Vanilla Flavor NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE Liquid Coffee Creamer
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
Ground cinnamon

Instructions:

PLACE ice, coffee, Coffee-mate and sugar in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses; sprinkle with cinnamon.

All recipes should vary in a persons own desire. In the Summer when it's hot and humid, I like taking a frozen glass mug, fill it with ice and add 2 or 3 oz. of the French Vanilla Coffee Mate and left over coffee from the morning. Stir and enjoy.

I don't think the recipe for Frozen Vanilla Cappuccino is all that great. I love Iced Cappuccino, but first of all, it's not icy enough and then there's just not enough taste. I don't know if the ice waters it down too much or what. I wouldn't recommend it.
