I had made the muffins on the day of Easter..My mother and in-laws had come to eat Brunch at my home with my family. WOW...everyone loved them as a matter of fact mostly everyon had more than one and by the time it was over i only had 2 left. These were definitely the best i had ever had and it surprised me the compliments my mother in law was giving!! Will do again..and again...and again!

The nondairy creamer was a surprise ingredient, but it is one of the best blueberry muffins I've made. I like the fact there isn't a ton of sugar. I added extra berries, because I had them, but they would be equally good with the correct amount. I'll make them again and again.

After eating dinner, my spouse and I both felt like having something baked. I had a pint of fresh blueberries in the fridge and tried this one out and it is great. I also added cinnamon to the topping as well a brown sugar in place of the white sugar. Fast and satisfying...

These were the best blueberry muffins I have ever tasted! I added a few dashes of cinnamon to both the batter and the streusel. Just a little hint of cinnamon went a long way. Will definetly be making these again!

The blueberries in the store have been so delicious that I needed to find a recipe to match and I did with this muffin recipe. They were moist and had just the right amount of sweetness. I substituted brown sugar for the white sugar in the topping recipe and the entire family enjoyed them very much.

It was an excellent recipe. It is easy & taste even better with fresh blueberry. I was pretty concern that the recipe may be too sweet but it turns out to be just right. My hubby loves it & couldn't stop asking for more.
